Brief Working Process After filtration by primary efficiency filter and medium efficiency filter, the air is put into steam heat exchanger (steam pressure: 0.7Mpa) by blower. The air is heated to 150°C and then it is heated by electric heating again into 180°C. The heated air enters the tower dryer through the hot-air pipe equably with the help of straight stream hot wind distributor on the top of the dryer. Once the spray mist encounter the hot air its water content will be evaporated. The final products can be collected in the bottom of the tower dryer. Small dusts and tail gas will be gathered by the induced fan into the cyclone separator to separate and the separated products can be collected in the bottom of the separator. To increase the recycle rate and meet the environment requirement, wet dust remover will be used to clean the tail gas with water. There is manhole in the spray tower and hand hole in pipes for cleaning. Application and features: This equipment is mainly applied to make granule products from food, biological and fruits. This equipment utilizes parallel flow high pressure spray granulation drier. The final products are in fine granular, good solubility and hardly caking, which significantly improves the quality of the products.
